The forest begins in the hills, where only a few stunted pine trees manage to grow. The further into the valley one goes, the thicker the forest becomes. It stretches around in a crescent, engulfing the camp and swinging around by the river, serving as a thin barrier several fox lengths from the shore. The other half of the crescent is more sparse and loops around to the edge of ShadeClan's territory. Past the border, the trees are mostly pines again.
